When you join the waitlist, we store:

Email address

So we can tell you when the app launches.

Form used

The form at the top or at the bottom of the page, so we know which one works.

Campaign tags and referrer

The UTM parameters in the link you followed and the site that sent you, if any.

Sign-up time

When you joined. It sets your place on the list.

IP address hash

A salted, one-way hash of your IP address, used only to block abuse. The waitlist never stores your IP address.

User agent

The browser name and version your browser reports, used only to spot bots.

We don't ask for your name, and we don't collect anything else.

To send you one email when Bodymaxxing launches, and to keep the list free of bots and spam. We don't send newsletters, we never sell or rent your email, and we don't use it for advertising.

Under the GDPR, we rely on your consent for the launch email (you give it by joining) and on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse for the IP address hash and user agent.

Supabase stores the waitlist in a database hosted in the European Union.

Vercel, Inc., based in the United States, hosts this website. The function that handles your sign-up runs in Vercel's Paris region, but as a US company Vercel may still access your data from the US. That transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Both process your data only to provide their service to us.

Everything listed above, including the IP address hash and the user agent, is kept for the same time as your email: until Bodymaxxing launches, then 12 more months so we can reach you about the launch. After that, it is all deleted. If you ask to be removed sooner, we delete it straight away.

You can ask to access the data we hold about you, correct it or have it erased. You can also object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Email work@isidore.tech from the address you signed up with and we'll act on it within one month, usually much sooner.

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, ads or tracking pixels.
